Italy
Italy is the place we keep hearing long after we leave. It is the small percussion of cups on a café counter, a melody crossing an open window and the way dinner is allowed to take its time.
We love the balance between elegance and ease. That feeling became the heart of our Italian dining records, then returned in seasons, summer evenings, romantic piazzas and a rougher saxophone voice.
Greece
In Greece, everyday life never feels far from the sea. The light is clear, the tables stay full and music can be generous without filling every bit of space.
We remember evenings that seemed to begin slowly and then carried on by themselves. Greek Tavern Nights borrows that open-hearted pace: melodic, warm and made for sharing a table.
Turkey
Istanbul can change tempo in a few steps: a busy street, a quiet glass of tea, gulls above the ferry and the city moving on both sides of the water.
That meeting of motion and reflection inspired Turkish Nights 2026. We wanted the music to feel like the hour after sunset, when the city is still awake but nobody needs to hurry.
France
France reminds us to leave a little room in the day. A café table, a book, an old street and a conversation can be enough of a plan.
Romance in France grew from that quieter attention. Its melodies are not trying to recreate a postcard; they hold onto the softness, wit and unhurried feeling we remember.
Spain
Spain stays with us through movement: the late light on a square, a conversation that grows around the table and a guitar rhythm that can shift the energy of an evening in a few notes.
We love how warmth and precision can live side by side. Spanish Flamenco & Guitar Classics carries that contrast into music for cooking, tapas and nights that are allowed to become a little louder.
Mexico
Mexico carries history and everyday colour side by side. We remember scale, warmth and the sense that rhythm belongs in public life—in streets, courtyards and meals that gather people together.
Mexican Dining Melodies takes that energy into a bright instrumental setting. The goal is not to imitate a place, but to keep something of its movement and hospitality in the room.
Korea
Korea stays with us through contrast: old rooflines against a modern skyline, great precision beside the warmth of a busy kitchen, and moments of calm inside a fast-moving city.
Korean Cooking follows that kitchen rhythm with gayageum, haegeum and gentle percussion. It is music for preparing, tasting and finding a pace together.
